How DECODISTA handles factual errors, clarifications and material updates.
What is corrected
Factual errors, misleading wording, broken source attribution and instructions made unsafe by a product change should be reviewed and corrected. Differences of opinion are not treated as factual errors, but unclear distinctions may warrant clarification.
How changes are shown
A material correction should be noted on the affected article with enough context to understand what changed. Substantive maintenance may update the article’s modified date. Typographical changes that do not alter meaning do not require a correction note.
Submitting a correction
The verified submission route will be listed on the Contact page when it is operational. Until then, DECODISTA does not present a non-functional form or unverified inbox as a corrections channel.
