How DECODISTA handles factual errors, clarifications and material updates.
What is corrected
Factual errors, misleading wording, broken source attribution and instructions made unsafe by a product change should be reviewed and corrected. Differences of opinion are not treated as factual errors, but unclear distinctions may warrant clarification.
How changes are shown
A material correction should be noted on the affected article with enough context to understand what changed. Substantive maintenance may update the article’s modified date. Typographical changes that do not alter meaning do not require a correction note.
Submitting a correction
Use the Contact form and choose Correction. DECODISTA will review credible requests and correct material errors where appropriate. A submission does not guarantee that a change is made.
Never include passwords, one-time codes, account-recovery material, payment-card information or other account secrets.

- A reliable primary or supporting source, when available
